A young man created a sauce and asked his father, Chef Eric Warren, to test it out. His father tasted it and said, "Son, let me work on this a bit." After some time in the kitchen working on the sauce, the father had his son taste his version. He put the spoon to this mouth, tasted and replied, "Dad, we've got something here!" They both looked at each other and said, "Ooo-We!" That is how this wonderful taste experience was created. It has earned the praise of lovers of the finest foods.
